چکیده مقاله
Water is a vital substance for human body and its treatment is more importation provident for drinking and industrials usage. Humic acid has two factors of weak acid in ortho situations and act a good exchanger cation for absorbing metal ions. In this research, it is used humic acid for eliminate of heavy metal̕ ions. Also, anti-microbial was determined by HPC technique in the experiments which we can remove it. The Escherichia coli is a water coliform that cases contamination provides of it̕s pollution heavy metal̕ ions. After elimination the heavy metal̕ ions, Cu(Ⅱ) was measured by differential pulse technique using glassy carbon electrode. The optimum condition for measuring by differential pulse technique and pre-concentration time and pH=4.0 were considered in filtering water. Differential pulse voltammogram (0.2 M Kcl supporting electrolyte) on the potential range of -0.6 up to 0 Volts and scan rate 10 mV/sec was recorded. The calibration curve changes liner for the determining of consistency of adsorbed Cu (Ⅱ) after passing from the column containing humic acid for Omam sea and Persian Gulf water in the limitation of 8☓10^(-5)M and 40☓10^(-5) M consistency. The concentration of Cu (II) in Oman sea and Persian Gulf water 750 and 320 ppb were measured respectively. Detection limit of Cu (Ⅱ) in Oman sea water is 1.69☓10^(-6) (M) and for Persian Gulf is 2.5/0☓10^(-6) (M).
