Design of a nanobiosensor by electrochemical synthesis of Au nanoparticle for breast cancer detection

چکیده مقاله
The yearly occurrence of cancers in the universe is increasing swiftly. Cancer early detection is the most significant doer in it’s treatment. miRNAs as biomarkers for early detection have engrossed much consideration. In this work, an electrochemical biosensor was designed to detect breast cancer using the nanocomposite technology. Synthesis of gold nanoparticles was done by chronoamperometry method. The probe was banded to the nanocomposite through thiol binding and identified the target miRNA. The synthetic nanocomposite was validated by different characterization methods such as AFM, CV and DPV. When the glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was coated with the nanocomposite, tested for it’s electrochemical efficiency, the nanocomposite showed superior analytical efficiency. The designed electrochemical biosensor showed a linear response for different concentrations of the target with a range of 0.1 fM to 1 nM and limited of detection (LOD) 0.02 fM. The miRNA nanobiosensor offers well selectivity, great stability and reproducibility of satisfactory, which displays hopeful method in detection applications and clinical study.
